Japanese Style Pan-fried Brussel Sprouts
Servings: 4-5
Ingredients:
Brussels sprouts 400g
Olive oil 2 Tablespoons
Sea salt 1/2 teaspoon
Freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoons
Nori seaweed

Directions:
1. Trim the stems off brussel sprouts and cut in half lengthwise.

2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add the brussel sprouts and cook about a few minutes.
3. Season with salt and pepper and cook about 6-8 minutes until brussel sprouts are tender and golden brown.

4. Serve immediately and sprinkle toasted nori seaweed flake.
