Today's recipe "Veggie Dessert" Pan-steamed Brussel sprouts & Cauliflower!

 

 

I love to collect olive oils, and one of my favorite olive oil is Nuvo from California. 

All products are so delicious! But I often use their basil fused olive oil 🌿

 

Nuvo's balsamic vinegars are also tasty! 

Especially this Meyer lemon balsamic vinegar is amazing 💛

 

 

This balsamic vinegar is like honey + lemon.

I also like to eat yogurt with the vinegar - so delicious!

 

This pan-steamed brussel sprouts and cauliflower with the Meyer lemon balsamic vinegar can be substitute for the Kettle's sea salt and vinegar potato chips ^^

Veggie dessert : Pan-steamed Brussel sprouts & Cauliflower

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

Brussel sprouts 10

Cauliflower 1/2

Sea salt 

Olive oil  2 Tablespoons

Meyer lemon vinegar 

 

Directions: 

1. Trim and cut brussel sprouts in half. Cut cauliflower into bite-size florets.

2. In a medium pot with tight lid, add brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and sea salt. Add 1 inch water and steam over medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes.

3. Add olive oil and pan fried until golden brown. 
4. Serve immediately and drizzle Meyer lemon balsamic vinegar.
